My experience at Airport Plaza Jewelers was wonderful! I looked at over ten different jewelers and most of them were all about the sale trying to get your max budget. I only had a few things in mind and wasn't exactly sure what I was looking for. I started talking to Don. He was filled with ideas. He taught me everything I needed to know about buying a ring and what to look for. In the end, I found the perfect ring at a great price thanks to Don! I really appreciated all his help. I would recommend him to anybody looking for an engagement ring! I recommend you at least go and see him! Plus, my fiancée LOVED the ring!

I definitely plan on coming back, I appreciate the staff was helpful & not pushy. I explained my budget & even though I couldn't afford thousands was still treated with respect. And because the woman helping me was so helpful explaining my options I ended up spending more money than I originally planned with no regrets.I was able to put down a deposit and pick up when I wanted.

Worked with Rick twice, once to buy a 14k solid gold chain and once to sell gold. Both times were very pleasant. A lot of the complaints seem to be about prices; I got a great price discount of 20% for being a vet. Furthermore, Rick allowed the entire transaction to occur in bullion. When selling, I got fair prices (every dealer has to make a profit, it’s not a zero sum game). I was mostly offered 5-7% below melt on gold bullion.

Stopped here on a whim because I just broke a watch that I loved and I wanted to see if they did watch repair. They took a look and said they would try. They found a pin that fit and fixed it in less than 5 minutes. They wouldn't take any money from me. They simply said "just keep us in mind for your next jewelry purchase." I will! Good, old-fashioned customer service is basically extinct, except for these guys. I really appreciate the help and I will keep you guys in mind!
